Carecoins can be purchased directly through the website using a business card, or contact us to pay via purchase order.

We think it's great that you're already offering support to your employees. Many EAP's will have restrictions on what they can support you with - such as pre-existing conditions, trauma based conditions like PTSD or limits to how many sessions they can give. It's worth checking to see what restrictions are in place. Carecoins is designed to be both an EAP in itself and an EAP support. So if you already have an EAP and don't want to change, Carecoins can be there to fill in the gaps. We don't have restrictions on pre-existing conditions and can work with all issues, with the exception of immediate risk of suicide (where a crisis service is most effective - we can help you signpost to these services). So purchasing a small pot of Carecoins to cover those missed by your EAP can mean no one has to go without support.

Carecoins are valid for two years from the date of purchase, so there's plenty of time to use them. The great thing is if you find you're not using as many as you thought on counselling services, why not book some mental health training using your Carecoins? Or a couple of webinars on topics relevant to your business? There are so many ways to use Carecoins to benefit your business.
